Q+A

Where is the Ceremony?

The wedding ceremony and reception are being held at Mountain Shadows resort in Paradise Valley, AZ.  Please visit the "Events" tab for more information.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue the exact number of guests by a certain date so please don't RSVP late or forget to RSVP. Even if you notified us by text, call, or in person that you are attending, we still ask you to physically RSVP.

What do I wear to the ceremony?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. For the wedding day the dress code is formal/black tie. Ladies dress up in your fanciest gowns and men pull out the tuxes. If you are a gentleman and do not own a tux and don't wan't to break the bank please wear your darkest color suit with a bowtie or a tie.  No jeans or white attire please during the wedding weekend!

Can I bring a guest or a date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to a limited capacity, we can only allow the people that are named on your wedding invitation.  For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4:30PM, with cocktail hour and dinner to follow. Please visit the "Events" tab for any further questions regarding start times of any of the wedding weekend events.

Is there parking on site?

If you are not staying at Mountain Shadows and are planing on driving, the hotel does have self parking spots (with limited amount of spots). If you prefer to valet it is a $10 fee and the valet closes at 12:00 AM sharp. Anything past 12:00 AM the guests will be responsible on retrieving the car on their own from the parking lot.

If you are planning on drinking at the wedding please refrain from driving and have a designated driver who will not be drinking. The hotel and the wedding will not be held responsible for any drinking and driving incidents.

Are kids invited?

Yes, we would love to see your little ones! Our only ask is if your children are crying, being loud, or being disruptive during our ceremony, to please take them as quietly as possible out to the lobby or foyer to calm down. Thank you for understanding!

We will not be providing any baby-sitting services during our wedding weekends and ask you kindly to plan ahead.
